Out of respect for all of our clients and for our safety, we have a NO GUEST including pets policy in the salon.  All appointment confirmations are sent via email. In order to secure your appointment, all SERVICES require a 50% deposit of the service price that will go towards your services.                                       

 This deposit is non-refundable and can only be transferred once. Please honor your appointment(s), if you must cancel or reschedule, please do so AT LEAST 24 HOURS before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Multiple tardiness, reschedules, cancellations, 

no-shows or failed to pay any cancellation/no-show fees will result in loss of all future scheduled appointments. 

**Please note that failure to settle payments for the appropriate service on the designated day will result in cancellation of the appointment. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited, and a last-min cancellation fee will be applied.**

Please come to all your lash appointments eye-makeup free (includes mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow).

➳ Appointments have a 15 minute grace period before an automatic forfeiture of your deposit. We apologize for the inconvenience, thank you for understanding and we hope to see you soon!
